Big win on the opening weekend

A comfortable start to the season as Codnor beat Baker & Bear 6-1 at Denby. It was a rerun of the 2024/25 opener, after the last two meetings between the sides had ended 3-3 and 1-1.

Joshua Clegg scored twice, with Kieran Blades, George Layton, Dominic Moumchi and Alexander Shayler also on the scoresheet. Layton was unreal in the middle of the park and capped it off with a screamer.
